Integration on sub-project level

Nevertheless, the integration within AquaTerra can best be judged at work package level.








Integration on work package level
The Excel table below provides information about integration in AquaTerra between the work packages.

And this is how it works: Each work package is listed vertically as well as horizontally and any blue cell marks integrative activities between work packages. To see the nature of integration between two work packages, hold the cursor over the blue cell and a comment box opens that gives an explanation - for example: 'see screenshot on the right - please click to enlarge'. To alter any cell, you have to download the excel file above. Then click the right mouse button and either change or insert a new comment, with the same operation under 'format cell' you can color the cell blue. You can then e-mail the changed excel file to Johannes Barth together with a quick explanation of what is new.

Please note: The graph on the right is only a picture to illustrate the functioning of the matrix. To work with the integration matrix, please open the Excel file above by double-clicking on the yellow symbol.


Integration Action Plan

The AquaTerra Integration Action Plan is part of the project work plan and gives an overview about the integration strategy and concrete activities.
